Terms of Service

The service

The service reconciles marketplace and payment gateway payouts with your orders, flags possible discrepancies, drafts claim files, prepares GST and accounting data, and syncs entries to accounting software you choose.

Your account

• You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your login safe.
• You are responsible for the users you invite, including your CA or accountant.
• You must have the right to upload the reports and data you share with us.

What the service does not do

• We do not file claims with marketplaces. Drafted claim files are for you to review and submit.
• We do not file GST or income tax returns. Data is prepared for review by your CA, and tax filings remain your responsibility.
• We do not give legal, tax or financial advice.
• We do not guarantee that any amount flagged will be paid by a marketplace. Each marketplace decides its own claims.

AI output

Leak flags, categorisations and summaries are produced by rules and AI models from the reports you provide. They can be incomplete or wrong if the source reports are. You should review flags and entries before acting on them.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Plans and billing

• Plans are priced by monthly order volume and billed monthly or yearly in advance.
• If you go over your plan's order limit, we will tell you and may move you to the next plan from the following billing month.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy.

The free month

The free month covers one month of orders from one marketplace. It does not renew automatically into a paid plan. You choose whether to continue.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you have no right to use.
• Do not use the service to raise false or inflated claims.
• Do not try to access other sellers' data or disrupt the service.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for marketplace decisions, missed filing deadlines or losses from acting on unreviewed output.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
