Clean entries in Tally, without the copy-paste.
Once a month balances, Books Sync turns it into accounting entries: sales vouchers, credit notes, marketplace fee expenses, TCS and TDS receivable. Your accountant gets books that tie back to every payout.
Four steps, every month.
Map your ledgers
Choose which Tally ledgers receive sales, fees, TCS, TDS and bank entries. Done once.
Review the entries
See every voucher before it is sent, grouped by day, channel and GST rate.
Sync
Entries are pushed to your accounting software or downloaded as an import file.
Tie back any time
Each voucher links to the settlement and orders it came from, for audits and queries.
The detail behind Books Sync.
Sales vouchers
Daily or monthly sales by channel and GST rate, or one voucher per invoice if you prefer.
Fee expenses
Commission, shipping and other marketplace fees booked as expenses with input GST.
TCS and TDS receivable
Booked per marketplace so the receivable ties to GSTR-8 and Form 26AS.
Bank reconciliation
Payout credits matched to the settlement, so your bank ledger reconciles.
Ledger mapping
Use your existing chart of accounts. Nothing new is forced on your accountant.
Sync history
Every sync is logged and can be reversed and resent if a ledger mapping changes.

Does it work with Tally?
Yes. Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9 are supported, along with Zoho Books. Other software can use import files.
Will it create duplicate entries?
No. Each voucher has a reference, and entries already synced are skipped.
Can our accountant control the mapping?
Yes. Your accountant or CA can own the ledger mapping and approve entries before sync.
