The tax folder · GST Ready

GST data your CA can file from, every month.

Marketplace sales cross state lines, carry TCS and come back as credit notes. GST Ready turns your order and settlement data into the summaries your CA needs for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, with TCS credits checked against GSTR-8.

How it works

Four steps, every month.

01

Collect the month

Orders, invoices, returns and settlements from every channel are pulled into one tax view.

02

Summarise by state

Taxable value and tax are grouped by place of supply, rate, HSN and intra or inter state.

03

Check the TCS

TCS from each marketplace is totalled per GSTIN so your CA can compare it with GSTR-8.

04

Hand to your CA

Your CA logs in or receives the export. Filing stays with your CA.

What it covers

The detail behind GST Ready.

Place of supply

State-wise sales with state codes, split into intra-state and inter-state supplies.

GSTR-1 ready tables

B2B, B2C large, B2C others, credit notes and HSN summary in the layout your CA expects.

TCS credit tracker

TCS under Section 52 per marketplace and month, so credits in your cash ledger can be verified.

Credit notes

Every return and RTO mapped to a credit note against the original invoice and period.

Multiple GSTINs

Sellers registered in more than one state see each GSTIN separately, with warehouse-wise sales.

CA access

Invite your CA with read-only access to the tax folder, or send a monthly export.

  • Sales by place of supply, rate and channel
  • TCS collected by each marketplace, ready to check against GSTR-8
  • Credit notes for returns, linked to the original invoice
  • HSN-wise summary and B2B and B2C split

What GST Ready does and does not do

  • GST and accounting data are prepared for review by your accountant or CA.
  • Bookeekart does not file GST returns. Tax filings remain your responsibility, through your CA.
  • Summaries are built from your marketplace reports and invoices. Your CA should review them before filing.
  • Your data is encrypted, never sold and never shared with marketplaces or other sellers.
Questions

About GST Ready

Want to see it on your own reports? Contact us

Do you file our GST?

No. We prepare the data and summaries. Your CA reviews and files the returns.

Can our CA log in?

Yes. Invite your CA with read-only access to GST Ready and Books Sync, or share monthly exports instead.

Does it handle Meesho and Flipkart TCS differently?

Each marketplace reports TCS in its own format. We normalise them into one table per GSTIN and month.
