Privacy Policy
Seller reports hold sensitive numbers. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to reconcile your books and run your account.
- Account details: your name, work email, business name, GSTIN if you share it, and the people you invite, such as your CA.
- Seller reports: settlement, order, return, advertising, tax and payment gateway reports that you upload or connect.
- Bank statement lines you choose to upload for payout matching.
- Product costs and ledger mappings you enter.
- Basic usage data such as sign-in times and pages used, to keep the service secure and working.
We do not ask for your marketplace, bank or tax portal passwords.
Your customers' data
Marketplace reports can contain your end customers' names, cities, states and pin codes. We use these only to match orders, work out place of supply for GST and track returns. We do not contact your customers and do not use their data for any other purpose.
How we use your data
- To match payouts to orders, fees, taxes and returns.
- To flag possible discrepancies and draft claim files for your review.
- To prepare GST summaries and accounting entries for you and your CA.
- To send you account, security and service emails.
- To improve matching rules and leak checks. When we do this, your data is not shown to other sellers.
AI and your reports
AI models read your reports to find possible leaks and to categorise transactions. The output is a flag with evidence that you review. AI does not file claims, submit returns or post entries on its own.
Your reports are not used to train models that are offered to other sellers in a way that could reveal your data.
Who we share data with
Your data is never sold. It is never shared with marketplaces or with other sellers.
- People you invite, such as your CA or accountant, see what you give them access to.
- Accounting software you connect, such as Tally or Zoho Books, receives the entries you approve.
- Service providers that host, secure and email for us, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to support you, and is logged. Report connections use official report access or files you upload, and can be removed at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, your reports and books data are deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records. You can export your data before closing.
Your choices and rights
- See and download the data we hold about you.
- Correct account details.
- Disconnect a channel or delete specific reports.
- Remove a user or your CA's access.
- Close your account and have your data deleted.
These rights apply in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that apply to you.
